Brett Barkley was born and raised in North Carolina where he studied philosophy and religion at North Carolina State University. It was there he met his wife Katie whom he married in 2005. After college, Brett studied at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY where he earned his Master of Divinity. He served as Director of Evangelism & Youth and an elder at Seventh Reformed Church in Grand Rapids, MI from 2010 until he accepted a call in 2013 to pastor Zion Reformed Church (PCA) in Winesburg, OH. Brett, Katie, and their 6 children are delighted to be part of the Zion church family; together with them spreading the Gospel of Jesus in Holmes County and abroad.
